Precision Swiss machining to ±0.0001 inches across ten-plus materials
We offer precision CNC Swiss machining services, and are expertly skilled in machining intricate and complex parts crafted from stainless steel, aluminum, brass, steel, nitronic 60, titanium, bronze, plastic, and other materials.
Our CNC Machines can accommodate component diameters up to 32MM(1.259) and machining in the hardened state while holding tight tolerances of ±0.0001 of an inch. Our team can handle various standard processes, such as drilling, turning, milling, boring, and knurling. At Vander-Bend, our capabilities extend to special processes, too, like broaching, deep hole drilling, hobbing, threading, and slotting without multiple setups.

Multi-discipline automated assembly with integrated pre- and post-assembly QC
